Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Tweenery (tweenery.com) collects, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. Tweenery is operated by Stanislav Martin Babak ("we", "us"), who is the data controller for the data described here. Contact: support@tweenery.com.

1. Data we collect

You give us

Collected automatically

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive data. Please do not upload sensitive personal data (such as health, financial or government ID information) or personal data about other people unless you have the right to share it.

From links you share

When you ask the agent to read a post or web page, we fetch the public content at that link, which may include other people's names, usernames, images and captions. We use it only to complete your request.

2. How we use it

We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run Tweenery, under contracts that limit how they use it, and only what each one needs:

About AI providers. Your prompts, files and project content are sent to the AI provider of the model you choose, so the agent can do its work. These providers process the data under their own commercial terms. Under those terms they generally do not train on it, but they may keep it for a limited time (commonly up to 30 days) for abuse and safety monitoring. Some models are offered by companies based in China (Moonshot AI, Alibaba and DeepSeek). If you pick one of those models, your request may be processed in or accessible from China. If you do not want that, choose a different model.

We may also share data:

4. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers process data in the US and other countries. If you are in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, your data is transferred outside your country. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and our providers' data processing terms.

5. How long we keep it

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, private file storage with short-lived download links, and isolated sandboxes for every project. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee security. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email support@tweenery.com from your account email. We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within the time the law requires (usually 30 to 45 days). You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

US state privacy rights (including California)

In the last 12 months we collected the categories of data in Section 1: identifiers (name, email, IP address), customer records, commercial information (credit purchases and usage), internet activity (usage and logs), and the content you provide. We collect them for the purposes in Section 2 and disclose them for business purposes to the providers in Section 3. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

We do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not track you across sites. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing, though we do neither.

8. Children

Tweenery is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Users aged 13 to 17 may use Tweenery only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian (or at the higher age of digital consent where they live). If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, contact support@tweenery.com and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Tweenery changes. We will post the new version here with a new date and, if the change is material, tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
